Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Poor customer service. No refund policy. Reached over them over mail/ whatsapp. They do not bother to pick when asking for escalation they will give missed calls and drop a message that we are not picking, which is a dumb stategy from their end.Stuck my 1800 rs with them. They take order and mention product out of stock. Seems like total fraud. Thinking of reporting to them to consumer court

I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. I had ordered milk from them for my baby, and this has been the most frustrating and fraudulent experience ever. Raman Sharma and Aakash Sharma made all sorts of false promises just to get me to top up my wallet, and the very next day, their delivery boy refused to deliver. After that, both of them conveniently disappeared and stopped answering calls. It’s a complete scam — bogus, bogus, bogus! I would say Country Delight is far, far better than this so-called “fresh farm milk” vendor. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy.

non committed initially committed two 1/2 litres milk after 250 recharge. 2 3 times called and I trapped and after recharge not delivered as per commitment and asking to recharge more. For delivery of milk dairylac is better and good cow milk

Very bad quality - failed all tests

I recently tried the cow milk from Doodhvale (Farm Dairy) , and it was fantastic! The milk is incredibly fresh, limited creamy, and has a rich flavor that’s a world apart from store-bought options. One can really taste the quality and care that goes into their farming practices. Plus, knowing that the cows are well-treated and grass-fed makes it even better. This milk has become a staple in my kitchen, perfect for coffee, baking, or just enjoying on its own. Highly recommend it!

Just awesome taste and quality. Every one should taste it and definitely you cannot stop yourself to use it. It's a great milk for your family.

Very bad taste of milk.. it’s a kind of scam for 250 rs .. they would ask to take this in their wallet and send u some bad sample milk.. I had to used my wallet balance to purchased their costly groceries.. please beware with such apps… no quality at all in the milk..

The customer care is very very pathetic...you raise a query and they are never going to revert. No one picks up the customer care number.....really dissatisfied....Milk quality is ok but I have tried milk from country delight and the quality is very much better there. Dear owner, making customer is easy...you need to work harder on retaining them.

Dear Sir/ Madam good morning n Happy New Year Doodhvala Farms really providing best milk and milk products daily to us, without compromising quality that's thumbs up 👍😇 I recommended my friends and family to be the part of doodhvala. With Regards Kunal Das

I had a very disappointing experience with this milk delivery app. The delivery partner refused to bring the milk to my doorstep and insisted that I come to the road to pick it up if I still wanted my order. When I questioned this, the delivery agent was extremely rude and unprofessional, even suggesting that I cancel my order if I wasn’t happy with it. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this app to anyone. It's frustrating to start your morning with such a negative interaction. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from here!
