Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Doodhvale lured me into a subscription with attractive promises, but once I enrolled, they failed to deliver what was promised. Their customer service is unresponsive, and they seem to neglect their commitments completely. Feels like a scam to trap customers. Not recommended.

Pathetic Customer Service, they showed me x amount in the bill, charged more to than that to my credit card, Bank asked me to seek clarification from them and neither Doodhvale Farms Customer Support Team responds to multiple E-Mails written in this context or even phone calls, regardless of time of the day as they do not respond to any call on the given Customer service number as well. Thank God I did not sign up with them for the daily supplies. Thanks.

Fraud company.they write maida free products on online description and sell maida products..without writing any resolution they close the complaint ID75980. Multiple times I called about this,always false assurance we will call you back

They are big cheaters. They promised me 5 days free milk when I buy for 5 days but they never give that. When I contacted them they said that I myself have removed the coupon so they can't give free milk. Why would I remove the coupon for free milk. They clearly denied to give the free milk. Also the lady who called me was so rude and she clearly stated that one customer doesn't matter to the company whether I continue with the subscription or not. But when they called me in the beginning for fresh subscription they were so polite and giving fake promises.this is actual review as they take positive review by giving 50rs coupon. Guys don't believe them at all. I've shifted to country delight now and they are actually keeping up their commitment by giving free 1 litre milk for 4 days after 4 days subscription. Also their quality is much better than doodhvale.i will not recommend doodhvale at all.

Pathetic brand, not delivering product after taking money. They will call you and scam you into taking products from them and then won’t deliver.

Quality of products is good no doubt, but at same time delivery experience is worst. Their supervisor gets lost to give milk, and doesn't answer the call once. At the same time, you call him ten times, but he doesn't answer. And then he picks up the call and said Tum log phone nhi uthate ho.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Not Recommended I recently subscribed to Doodhvale Farms for ₹2000 when their team visited Ekta Apartments, Paschim Vihar in March 2025. However, my experience has been nothing short of terrible. On March 14, the delivery executive failed to deliver the requested cow milk, stating it had been mistakenly distributed, leaving only buffalo milk, which we do not prefer. I specifically requested him to deliver cow milk the next day and pause my subscription for March 15. Since then, I have faced zero customer support—calls are either ignored or disconnected abruptly. It is extremely frustrating that they are only interested in acquiring new customers rather than retaining existing ones. Horrible service, unreliable support, and a complete lack of professionalism. I will surely not recommend this app to anyone! 🚫👎

Inconsistent milk quality, misleading offers, and zero customer support

I strongly advise against purchasing any products from Doodhvale due to their extremely poor quality. I purchased milk and raisins from them, and both products were of very low quality. Additionally, their customer care service is absolutely terrible. Despite my repeated requests, they have yet to refund my money. Please do not waste your money on Doodhvale products.

Pathetic service. The quality of milk is somehow ok. But the delivery services are very very poor. Rude behavior of the staff adds to negative experience. Also the app has many bugs frequently. Overall a bad experience. The milk is provided in dust laden packets. Very very poor service despite all the repeated promises they make. Customer care service is more worse.
