I have been purchasing milk from Doodhwale for a while now, and I must say that the quality is exceptional! The milk is always fresh, creamy, and rich in taste. I've noticed a significant difference in the taste and texture compared to other brands I've tried in the past. The packaging is also convenient and hygienic, making it easy to store and use. My family and I have been enjoying the milk thoroughly, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality milk. The customer service is also top-notch, with prompt delivery and friendly staff. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of milk from Doodhwale and will continue to be a loyal customer. Great job, Doodhwale team!

Dudhwala Farm Milk gives wrong guidelines to the customer. When the customer fulfills their conditions to sell his milk, then later they say that you did not subscribe whereas I ordered milk four times, so I should get milk free four times. I am not getting that. I will give this review to the people in future. Their customer care gives wrong guidance.very poor customer care service 👎

Your milk quality is truly impressive, and I've been enjoying it immensely. However, I believe there's room for improvement in your pricing model. Instead of requiring a membership for purchasing milk at a lower rate, I hope you'll consider offering the same pricing to all customers without the need for a membership. This approach would alleviate the frustration that many customers, including myself, have experienced with other dairy services like Country Delight, which introduced membership models that left me disappointed and caused me to switch. Your attention to this pain point and your willingness to find a better solution would be greatly appreciated.

Doodhvale is a gem for anyone who loves high-quality dairy products! Their milk is always fresh, and the variety of dairy items they offer is impressive. I particularly enjoy their paneer and curd, which are consistently creamy and flavorful. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any queries. Delivery is prompt and reliable, which adds to the convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their dairy experience!

It’s a “fake milk” product promoted as real and unadulterated milk which is completely wrong please do not trust them

Buying milk from doodhvale is so inconvenient. They have got a cheap app which functions on its own will. I have taken a subscription for the delivery of milk on alternate days. For instance, if I have taken the milk on the 1st of the month, 2nd is paused already (because of alternate day subscription) Now if I want to pause the delivery for 3rd then 4th should remain paused but that doesn't happen. If I have paused for 3rd, 4th will automatically unpause. One has to keep checking the app to unsure that the milk is paused even on vacation. Their services are so unreliable. It's very annoying and inconvenient.

Should have read the reviews ! Any place with consistently 1 star reviews shouldn’t be trusted with you hard earned money .. hardly any malai on both the days .. and I can’t find the link to order our free packs, there message says chk ‘curated for you’ but there is nothing like that on app , called thrice but no one answered .. pathetic

very bad customer service. you can't connect to doodhwale . No good delivery service. No medium to file a complaint through app. you will be suck after recharge the dooghwale wallet.
