Have recently started buffalo milk subscription and have observed a massive difference in quality as compared to local vendors. The milk is thick, has no odour and tastes good.

Pathetic service. They always fail delivering milk at least 3-4 times in a month. Every morning was a struggle for milk. You dont even know if you will get your todays delivery or not. I have also come to know that they dont treat their delivery boys well... That is the reason they are always missing and then they dont have enough delivery boys.... Dont go for dhoodhvala..... It will be a pain in few days

Very very Poor service ,People on the cx care are not able to help the cx ,I got the call in the morning the said that the milk rate is 80 rs kg ,But the supervisor told me that 66 rs kg ,after that the agent said that 62 rs kg . Now I got the call from Akanksha the senior she said that Let me had word with the management and give you the best . How they are running the cx service they even don't know How to treat with the cx . I fill see you in the consumer court . I will attach all the recordings

Best quality products, specially A2 Bufallo milk (I am using it regularly) which is at par with the most trusted milk brands of NCR. Will recommend it for sure.

Buttermilk is a creamy, tangy delight that enhances any culinary adventure. Its richness and refreshing flavor make it a versatile addition to meals, dressings, and marinades. Enjoyed solo or as a base, it offers a delightful twist on traditional dairy beverages, adding a creamy, tangy kick to every sip.

Doodhvale truly delivers on quality. Their farm-fresh milk and dairy products are unmatched. The mobile app simplifies ordering, offering flexibility and convenience.

I have been using doodhwale since almost an year now. I think I can provide a genuine feedback/review of the company. If you are looking for milk and milk based Services doodhwale at par with competitors. I always get my delivery on time and quality of milk is consistent. I recommended to try their bottled cow milk. Coming to the miscellaneous Services like fruits vegetables etc I did not find the quality that good and hence deducting 1 star . My suggestion to Dhoodhwale is, focus on specific market. Don't try to aquire various market segments if you can't match the quality with your star product - Milk.

I asked for a free trial from your customer service and she told me it's free and i told her to deliver it to my address and 4 packets of buffalo milk came as a free trial,I didn't like the taste so I asked her not to continue the process but later she sent me 4 packets again(which i returned to them as i didn't order them) and when I called her she said she FORGOT to close the account (excuse) and asked me to pay for the trial too as trial is only for 500 ml of milk? Then why did she send me 3 extra packets of buffalo milk without my CONSENT or anything.Pls look into this matter and revert back to me. P.S She also made my fake account using some name called Amit to deliver the milk at my place and asked me for 600 ruppess for no reason.Your customer care is scamming people pls look into this matter and remove them from their job. Thanks, Warm Regards, Vidit Sharma

Wish I could give them negative marking. They do not even deserve one star. These people are not able to fulfill demand and supply Read every review, the owner is asking for apology LOL Milk delivery in our area was conveniently suspended by them due to drizzle 😂Funny people. Now reply to my message will again be a shameless apology Strongly reject this app.
