Doodhvale Farms - A2 Desi Cow Milk In Delhi NCR

Tired of making complaints about the delevery time. its been 2 years I am facingig this issue. Every single time I complaints their answer is, our delevery boy has been changed, that's why its taking time. and their delevery boy get change every 2nd or 3rd month

Till date milk recieved is good quality and seems to be natural cattle milk. I recommend to consumer to use this make. Regards

The service of Doodhvale is amazing. I got delivery sharp at 6am in the morning and the quality of the milk is also pure. I tested with urea kit.

Buying milk from these guys for past few months. Milk quality is ok. Service on app n phone is substandard. You r selling ordinary vegetable in the name of organic and defrauding people. Stick to milk supply don't sell regular Mandi sabzi in the name of organic. I ordered few vegetable s to chek they were worse than local pheriwala!

They are only concerned with payment. No customer centric approach. They have their own understanding with the word "trial". They joined me saying trial lo 4-5 din fir jab trial khtam hua toh khte h trial k charges hote h nhi lena to payment krdo. Shall not recommend this brand to anyone. They are not concerned to build a brand, they are focused on high charges and kese logo ko thage trial k name pr pese leke baad me call pr call kark.

Pathetic Service. They dont deliver milk most of the days. Customer support is a Joke with them. No response on any complaints over Email or Call. They will say that they will create a ticket on it but there will be no response from them after that.. Dont Choose Doodhvale incase if u need milk on daily basis. They usually deliver only 2 or 3 days in a week.

I bought milk from them for 5 days and 3 of those days rotten milk was sent. And when it wasn't rotten, it was very bad tasting milk. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Issues faced: 1. No one to hear complaints. Worst complaint redressal system. Uneducated, non qualified, untrained customer care staff. 2. Complaints of serious nature logged like rotten mushrooms delivered deliberately but no action taken 3. Stopped Calling the customer care after the non redressal and casual approach. 4. Less milk package delivered. Ordered 10 received 9. When questioned the delivery boy he acknowledged deliberate error and was aware. 5. Ticking point. Spoiled paneer delivered and when returned back the delivery boy said delivery has already been done. Delivery entered by the delivery boy even before I took the delivery. Ridiculous.
