Delivery never on on time.discontinuing their services..bad customer service..dont bother if you are not happy. Everyday I call the customer call and now it is my routine.once my wallet amount would be used I will discontinue your services and move to other.

I enrolled for a trial of 5 days, and my bad experience started from there itself. Firslty, on the first day itself delivery boy is asking for the payment. On the 3rd day, when I received the milk 8 in the morning instead of 6, I enquired about the same with the delivery boy to which he said, "it will come like this only" which I didn't find good enough and told him to stop this service from tomorrow i.e 2nd March 2020. Till 11th March I didn't receive any milk but on 12th March, out of the blue I found packet of milk outside my door. Without any prior notice over phone/mail, company started the supply of milk. Also, milk packet was found out by our neighbours as I was out of station on 12th and 13th March. When I came back on 13 afternoon, I found the packets outside my door, I immediately called the helpline and bought in their notice that I don't want any milk. Next day i.e on 14 March again the milk was supplied and I found that outside my door. He didn't even ring the bell. When I called the helpline, the associate handling said no call was made yesterday and if I will not pay then they will send me legal notice. In the first place I paid the bill amount till 29th February and when I discontinued the service then from 2nd March to 11th March no supply was made. And, on 12 March they started the supply without informing confirming the same from the customer. Now, they want payment for the same, when I didn't order it why should I pay. And, then they are threatening me with legal notice. What kind of a behaviour is this. Is this a game, where if you will doesn't feel like sending the milk you will not and start sending it without any reason. I was dissatisfied with the milk quality, now I'm dissatisfied with their service and there behaviour towards customer. Will urge everyone to not buy any milk from them.

WORST WORST WORST Experience because I bought buffalo milk from doodhvale and make a GHEE AFTER few days later it seems to YELLOW in COLOUR with WEIRD smell. I DO complaint they were said it's not their fault there is "HANDLING PROBLEM By My side". I ACTUALLY WANT TO SHARE THAT PIC BUT I DIDN'T GET SHARING OPTION HERE.

I have been using this product for a long time and the quality product is really very good. It's not only about milk their paneer,dahi,ghee,fresh makkhan all are very good..

Pathetic service. My Experience is Very Bad With doodhvale.com. The delivery is never on time. I also ordered Matki Dahi and It Never Got Delivered. The costumer care person said that we dont know why it was not delivered we'll just check it and get back to you.. As expected, they never called back. Unreliable and Unprofessional Service. Not At All Recommended.

Buffalo milk is good in taste and also in quality but I disappointed with "cow neutral" milk because it contains water in high proportion. Otherwise good recommended for buffalo milk.

Delivery was fine ..but I ordered milk lite which I found much more thinner than regular lite milk of other companies.
