Hi... Purchased plenty of books and notebooks for class -3. I week later got the school bookset and realized that the English notebook pattern has changed from 4 lines to two lines. The Raaj book point vendor refused to exchange the notebooks saying that when you have purchased... Can't be exchanged... Within a weeks time only... Pathetic service.... Pathetic staff.... Moneyminded... No courtesy....
Prices increase automatically at the check out from what is tagged. Complete joke. And the reasoning more ludacris than the act.
Absolute disgrace. After a decade of loyalty, I was met with pure greed and zero accountability. They have no integrity and even less respect for their long-term customers. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and shop literally anywhere else.
Amazing store has everything shiv Lal bhaiya is extremely helpful
Had evrything and the staff is so cooperative specially shiv lal sharma
