Raaj Book Point

The best place to buy books, novels , stationary and a lot more.. . Great service , lucrative offers .... You would be completely satisfied ❤️ .

Very poor customer service, rude staff and awful experience. I would not recommend to buy from this store.

I have been visiting them since a very long time now. It has been almost 15-20 years now. It has rapidly grown immensely! It offers a great variety of stationary which is impressive in that area. The only feedback is if you can introduce some more discounts for your old and recurrent customers that would be great! Otherwise, the staff is friendly and you can easily shop for your products in a comfortable environment.!

Absolute disgrace. They refuse to offer even a basic discount, stubbornly sticking to the MRP while every other store provides better value. When confronted with their unfair pricing on a bulk purchase, they were dismissive and refused to help. Zero respect for customers. Shop literally anywhere else!

had a best experience with shiv lal sharma!! he was v supportive hope he grows in future🩷 …

Excellent experience Best quality products and various stationary gift items shop in one stop Recommended for everyone

Nice shop and amazing products and lots of variety and staff is very helpful .

THEY ARE CHEATERS!! staff gave me less quantity and counted as full. i asked for 15 sheets and they only wrapped 8 sheets in a bundle but billed me for 15. not going to buy from them anymore.

Almost anything imaginable can be found here. Everything remotely related to arts and craft is here! Shiv Lal Ji is a very sweet man and quite helpful, never hovers only helps. I recommend 100%

This is the third time I have come across an issue related to Raaj Book Point, which is why I feel it is important to raise this matter formally. This time, I noticed an issue with a CBSE Class 9 Artificial Intelligence book. The original price of the book is ₹240, whereas a ₹250 sticker appears to have been placed over the original price. The initial pages containing information such as “About the Book” also appear to have been removed/replaced, with a page showing ₹250 as the MRP, as visible in the attached photograph. The copy I came across was also black and white rather than coloured. When checking the book online, the original price is shown as ₹240, not ₹250. I would like to clarify that I have not purchased this particular book from Raaj Book Point. I am bringing this to your attention because this is the third time I have encountered an issue concerning your store, and I believe such matters should be properly addressed. I request you to please look into this matter and provide a clear explanation regarding the price alteration, removal/replacement of the initial pages, and the black-and-white printing.
