We ordered the book set for class 6 for modern school. Didnot receive three articles even though the payments were made. We were told to collect from school but my child is not comfortable. Have sent repeated requests for them to courier the remaini g stuff but no response since Friday. Spoken to people at the book store but no response. Very disappointed as my child still doesn't have all the things. Not ordering from them again.
They sell their products in MRP. Not only this, I have seen products being sold on price above MRP. Even the smallest stationery shop will give you some discount but they think a big store will attract customers. Not a healthy practice in this competitive world. Then they take so much time in making bill which again boils atleast 5 ml of my blood. I will go their only as a last resort. Not to forget the parking issue.
Nice Stationary or you can say one stop solution for all the stationary needs. They do have course books and a small range of novels too. Its just the prices that keeps me away from rating it a 5-Star.
Excellent book store for books of all classes. They have three separate floors and a large indoor parking as well.Basment is for toys and gifts.Furst floor for children's books and stationary. There is a play area ofr children that one can rent as well all connected by a lift. Very knowledgeable and polite staff following all covid protocols and accepting all modes of payment .
The service is great. Mr Shiv Lal was very helpful selecting a gift!
Nice collection of books and stationary items for kids. Unusual part is that you can't even replace any purchased goods which restricts the customer for making any purchase further. Items sold on MRP only while you can get concession in your nearby market/shop for similar products.
One of best place for School, genral books and Stationary and gift items.
Shiv lal ji is very co operative staff . Thank you
