Croma - Saket Pvr

Too many staff. Competing with each other to the extent that they may not give required attention to the customer. Not a good feeling. But I got what I wanted . Staff needs team spirit retraining.

Be aware of fraud and false charges by the loan agents! This is to elaborate the horrible experience I faced with the incompetency and lack of honesty by the loan agents that was responsible for my loan. I was dealt by Renu and Anirudh from Hdfc who was extremely leading and manipulative. They did not share proper detailed information at the time of purchase .

Visited 2nd time this site and also buy mobiles but unnecessary staff gather arund us and distracted in decision making. I don't like every one is just watching you and try to question on each and evry things on decision making.

I had a very bad experience. I bought an HP Omen 16 laptop for ₹1,38,927. The seller had assured me that the laptop, equipped with a 6-cell battery, would provide a minimum of 5 hours of battery life. However, the battery lasted only 2 to 2.5 hours at maximum. When I visited Croma to address the issue, nobody took responsibility. They are now saying that the battery life is only 2 to 2.5 hours. I specifically bought this laptop for its battery backup. Customers don't buy products from Croma for the staff; they buy because of Ratan Tata Sir's goodwill and reputation. The staff at Croma, Saket PVR, are tarnishing Ratan Tata Sir's reputation with such poor service. I have seen many complaints, bad reviews, and 1-star ratings about this store, yet nobody takes action. I know nothing will likely be done about this either. I just want to warn everyone to think twice before visiting Saket PVR Croma. Take a look at all the reviews and ratings before deciding.

Staff is good but outside services is bad network issue bill issue I am very disappointed for this, my laptop not configured properly because net not working
