Very bad behaviour Aman manish and anisha I ordered AC they delivered secondhand condition it's very bad service
Purchased AMC for LG AC despite continuous followups no response on the services we paid for. Just cheating customers.
Reached printer section. Followed up with 3-4 people to help me with explaining features etc and make a selection. Waited 15-20 minutes in total. No one came. Bad service. They also don’t enforce social distancing and masking guidelines for customers. Won’t be visting again .

Hello Maine kuchh din pahle hi Croma se AC liya tha easy lene ke bad installation wale mere AC fit karne ke bad unki fitting dhang se nahin Hui p Maine customer care mein phone kara Croma centre mein phone kara vahan se bhi koi reply nahin Jo tar bahar se 300 ki milati hai use installation wale 900 ki dekhte hain kripya karke Croma Ac nale main do din se phone kar raha hun vahan se bolate Hain ki aapki request send kar di hai Maine unko AC ki photo khinchkar bhi bheji unka AC installation wala kehta hai ki sar aisi fitting karte
we purchased laptop from this store and it was including insurance. within few months the laptop was not working properly. we complained the store and there was absolutely no support from the Croma store, near PVR. We find this the worst and pathetic experience. The intent of the store is only to sell the substandard product and disrespect the customer. Post that we have never bought single product from croma and will not buy in lifetime. Writing this review so that the cutomers can be cautious purchasing from this store.
