Amardeep's Vihebir is not good, he does not explain his service properly, he deceives people and makes them do finance. Amardeep was saying without believing his mistake that your civil score will increase

I did have a word with there guy Mr. Ashraf and he told me that the product that i am looking for is currently available in there store. 1 hr later i confirm the same with him and he confirmed me once again. Later, when I reached there he firstly asked me to wait for 5 min as he has recently received the stock. Then after 10 min he came and told me that the car is on the way and it will take 15-20 min. Later it extended to 45-60 min. Then, max 2 hrs. When I shouted at him for wasting my time, his senior reached out to me and told me that they can't provide me my stuff today, but possibly tomorrow. I should have visited other store which was a bit far my place but at least they have what I needed. They lied to me every bit. Never going to visit this store ever. 😠😠

I used to buy my products from Croma but I got really irritated with it's customer services. It's about to be a month now, my dead earphones were supposed to be replaced with a new piece but every time I reach the store, they just make me go here and there. They don't even pick the calls. I tried all the numbers provided on document as well as on the sites in advance to save my time and energy. But there's so much of miscommunication. (My exes are enough for this treatment.) I'm really disappointed with this.

I bought a LCD TV from Croma which was with 3 years extended warranty. It is not working now. After asking about the service , the person who was behind me while purchasing the TV before one year, didn't even listen me properly and said, I am in a meeting and will call after 10 minuts. After one and half our, he even not tried to call me back. I was trying to the customer care no but after so many calls and efforts, I am not able to register the complaint fir service the TV. Very bad experience.
