As always great experience! Croma is one of the best electronic chain stores in the country , wherever we go, we get the same experience; knowledgeable staff, good customer service and good products. So far had a good experience in any of the croma stores we went. Keep up the good work and maintain this goodwill always :)

Croma is a very nice store to visit to do Research to check new stock new products launched or existing products and to know about the trending electronic products and also the latest technology available as per the time you have visited the store. The staff is quite supportive helpful and always available for u on their toes to help you and give you information which you need to know about the product you are searching. It's a must visit store.

Good service provide by sales staff

I thought it's better to buy online since the sales guys were of not great help in understanding put requirement or explaining potential options. Overall a very average experience but giving a 4 rating since it's a Tata brand and my experience might be an exception

I bought iPhone 15 with the price of 82000.staff was too rude and even they forcefully let me purchase Apple care I told them I only needed phone but the staff were very over smart…Vasant Kunj staff are far better than Saket staff..

Very nice staff and I purchased for mobile and best product

Nice store if you want to physically go and see the products. The prices are a tad bit higher than what you would get online. The only real problem is the exchange or return process. I just had to get the color changed for the cordless that I bought which turned out to be different color inside the box. That only took nearly 20 to 25 minutes where the only real thing that was required was to take that box and give me the other one off the shelf. Whatever their internal process, they should spare the customer that hassle while they do their own entries.

I had a poor experience there. The staff is not knowledgeable. Due to an employee's mistake in billing, I had to visit the store three additional times to get my GST bill. Please take appropriate action against the employee.

Mere Power Bank Jack mein problem a rahi hai vah mein check karne ke liye aaya tha yahan per per yahan per ek sardar Ji Hain ki csd department mein unhone nahin to acche se check kiya aur bol diya ki damage hai jab ki main aur Jo vahan per log aaye hue the main se check kar Y2 vah kah rahe sab theek hai but kattala matoli kar rahe hain
