Never had any problem at Croma. Staff is always helpful. Product line is limited but if you are sure what you need, you will get. I like discussing product details with the sales persons and they never have failed me.

third class store,disguisted employees they have ,they speak lie while selling their things then gave excuses on services never picks the call ,suggest you to never buy from them ,they are very pathetic ,first they promises about vouchers and cashback then they applied their conditions on that,their customer serivce support is the worst css i have ever met,speacilly the person ms veena or beena whatever name she is ,,she never responds to the customer properly

Yes I know it is a big brand however, it is neither popular nor does it provide good after sales support. People who visit such stores are attracted by the subsidized prices of the products however, my experiences have not been so good so far. My first purchase was their in house Croma Tablet whose screen shattered within 24 hours. My son had placed it under his pillow after playing games on it. The reason provided to me was that it must have overheated due to which the screen shattered. My question is has nobody heard about gorilla glass while creating a Croma product? I spent more money on repairing the screen of the tablet than the original price of the product. Anyway, based on my other experiences I believe that the products are refurbished, or have some factory defect, due to which they are sold at affordable prices. Please be very careful before buying their products.
