I will 0 out off 100. Worst store I have ever seen. Employees misguided especially when you are about to purchase mobile. Always be carefull when you have less knowledge about gadgets. Wort store. Don't buy anything from there.

Pathetic service.. they will promise for good service but if you need service in future then they will not even register complaint and after few days they will stop receiving call too . I had worst experience, never expected this type of service from Tata groups
The worst store I have been to. The employees are not at all customer friendly, they rather make you feel like as if they are doing some favor by providing you their services. They will hang up phone on your face and are least bothered to resolve the problem of customer. Giving one star atleast is mandatory, I would otherwise give them 0 rating for their rude and non helping attitude.
One of the Worst Place to go, they don't have parking facilities and the guards are really rude , they tell you to park at no parking zone so that MCD can catch up your Vehicle. They do not show any professional behavior and didn't even help their visitors with the issues.
Excellent service educated office warriors and staff team little bit parking problems but parking staff's are caring. Croma product replacement warranty is awesome wonderful hand to hand replacement for defective products. And my Croma card always helps me to save my money.....
