Croma - Saket Pvr

Very good service and staff was good and well bhehave

Staff hates selling their own brand CROMA products and just try selling other brands even saying those brands are much better than Croma... This creates a bad experience when your own staff puts a bad light on your brand.

Just gave the 1 star because of the service they provided me when I went to purchase iPhone on 30th Sept 2022. Mr. Aman sales executive assisted me that time. Everything went smooth. But at time of billing, without my consent/permission they added mobile screen protection of worth ₹10000. And as per Consumer Rights this is “Fraud”. I am writing this to seek reply from the Croma or else within a week I will gonna file this consumer court.

Nice place you can get any electronics item here. Placement of the shop is just perfect. I have bought a Croma branded Ac from here which is working very fine . sellers here have good communication skill you can hardly refuse them . but there is one huge problem of parking as they don't provided it there overall a very nice place.

The encounter is positive. However, they are trying to sell me the more expensive phone. Which, in my opinion, is not the right thing to do for those who are on fixed budgets.

Already paid for Croma ac service but they cancelled complaint without coming.then complaint again they sent, unprofessional staff, bad service they took 4 hour for ac service..very bad experience with croma

I went looking to buy a washing machine and water purifier. This store had limited options that that of croma website and didn't have the products of required budget range which other stores offer. And there was not so much of discount almost same as ordering it online on the website even though the staff said to purchase appliances as today (7th Nov) was the last day of sale, I see no difference on discounts. In the end, I only purchased the washing machine and was told it would take 7-10 days to deliver which was really disappointing as they informed that they have to place the order first all the while telling me that I have to pay Then and There with no other option of payment after delivery/installation. After being done with the payment, I said thankyou to the staff but the staff was not so bothered to even say anything in response like other stores say "thankyou for shopping" which was the opposite as when I entered and was greeted. Goes to show that once after money is paid nobody cares anymore.

Great place for shopping. I would say I am a happy customer. I bought OnePlus 6t when it was launched in India about 10 months ago. I loved they behave and their service was upto mark.
