My Big brother Purchase one plus Nord 4 5G Phone 12GB Ram/ 256 Storage from Saket , PVR Crome store but But not Support from Crome Staff bcoz phone 24 hours me Video Call blurr problem,crome staff can not support any type ,,also not support from One plus service centre.. Finally Customer Not satisfied

I recently visited Chroma and was looking forward to an engaging experience. However, I was disappointed as no staff members approached me for entertainment or assistance during my visit. At Chroma, a staff member named Rohit initially helped after i asked him to help,but became busy with work, leaving us without further assistance. Consistency in service is crucial for an enjoyable experience. The atmosphere seemed promising, but the lack of engagement from the staff was noticeable. poor service.

Staff at this store is very helpful for giving a brief information about the products. So There is a guy named Faizan, who helped me choosing a best TV according to my requirement. I am gonna give him 100/100 in terms of handling a customer.

Nice place to shop electronic and white goods. They have a complete range of products. There own brand offers very good value for money deals. However their prices are a tad higher than the deals available with Amazon and Flipkart; but they do offer a facility to really have a look and see before buying an expensive appliance.

Very good experience at Croma saket. Mr. Brijesh helped us to choose the right refrigerator. He has very good knowledge of the product and its working.

Worst cx experience ever, staff is not educated how to talk to a customer over a call simply denying for the help of their own product. I have bought croma cooktop for which i m complaining them from february 24 to till now that iys burner is defected and they have to change the same but till now their technocians visiting after chasing them for whole week and once they visit just recording the product an its issue and commiting that they will replace the burner within a week but their week never comes and they never attend the call once they left.

Executive has demonstrated the AC functions very well. It's impressive and i brought the Blue Star AC for my house.
