The only good thing about Croma is the vast collection under one roof. The salespeople are fairly knowledgeable, but pushy. They also try pretty hard to upsell the extended warranty. I will say they are quite helpful in terms of setting up your new phone or device. This particular location was extremely crowded, the AC was not working and it was extremely hot in the store, about 35 degrees. I would not go back there.
The staff is very helpful. Have bought most of my gadgets from here.

The experience with the store was great. All the staff is very helpful and cooperative. I went there to purchase OnePlus 6t smartphone in February and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone if you are planning to buy any electronic appliances. They have all the finance options ex:Bajaj finance and capital first.
