Poor quality, defective pieces are delivered. Do not buy anything from Croma. I purchased pureit copper Water filter.. and its showing red light since day one.. 10 times the technician visited and replaced 2-3 parts. It feels like I purchased a second hand water filter with the price of new one.

Looks like I was sold a second-hand AC in the name of new! I purchased a brand-new Voltas AC from Croma, Saket, but within a few days it started making strange noises. I raised a complaint with both Croma and Voltas service. The technician who came to “fix” the issue made it even worse now the AC looks and performs like it’s 5 years old. This raises serious doubt whether I was sold a second-hand unit in the name of new. Very disappointing from both Croma and Voltas. Customers expect honesty and quality, not this kind of experience. I strongly request a replacement with a genuinely new unit.

While selling ac they give false hope of fast installation. There service center will not respond after you purchase Worst centre

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service for Croma Window AC Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided for my window air conditioner purchased from Croma. Around four years ago, I purchased a 1-ton, 5-star rated window AC with a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with your after-sales service has been very disappointing. During the first year, I requested service twice for cleaning. However, the technicians only cleaned the dust filter and did not perform proper servicing. After two years, the cooling performance of the AC started to decline. I contacted customer service, but it took five days for a technician to respond. The technician was only available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, which is not feasible for me as I am a school teacher. I requested a visit after 3:00 PM or on weekends, but there was no response. Despite following up every two days, I had to wait nearly 20 days without resolution and eventually had to clean the unit myself from the outside. Most recently, on 27th May, I again contacted your service center regarding the cooling issue. I was assured that a technician would contact me within 72 hours, but I received no response. Upon following up, I was told to wait another 24 hours, yet no one has contacted me so far. This repeated delay and lack of proper service is unacceptable. If your company is unable to provide adequate after-sales service, then you should reconsider selling such products in the market. I request you to take immediate action to resolve my issue and ensure proper servicing of my AC at the earliest. Thank you. Sincerely, Pradip Duary

Bad product bad customer service, i purchased Croma boom box karaoke on April, after 4 months the mic doesn’t work, went to Saket Croma to complaint.i was told i will get a call 24-48 hours, but doesn’t received any call from Croma technician..i suggest not to purchase Croma product, it is not lasting at all, waste of money, very bad customer service ..

I purchased an AC from Croma on Sunday. The installation was not completed on the promised date. When I requested cancellation, I was informed that the return process had been initiated, but nothing has been processed yet. I was told on Wednesday that my request had already been processed, but there has been no update or action so far. Manager, please look into this matter and check what is happening on your floor.

I buy Samsung smart T.V and deal with Mr. Yogesh in Croma, he is good sales person. He deal with very politely and patience. His behave and nature is fabulous. Overall he is excellent person.
