Croma - Saket Pvr

A relative purchased an ac form here. The delivery was delayed by several several hours and ultimately delivered 24 hours later than what they agreed upon but had the audacity to not only close the query we raised but to also falsely update the status as delivered while the ac was no where in sight. On top of that, they very clearly concealed the fact that an installation charge has to be paid and we only found out about it when we spoke to the installation person who is an employee of the ac manufacturer. I called them and their demeanour was ABSOLUTELY DEFENSIVE and they didn’t seem interested in solving any query and hung up the phone when I asked for a few minutes to figure out the name of the sales associate, it’s only their time that’s valuable to them. please try and save your time and money.

I had an incredibly unfortunate experience that left me feeling quite frustrated and dissatisfied. As I walked through the area, I was horrified to find that there was chewing gum carelessly discarded all over the floor in various places, creating a rather unpleasant sight. To my dismay, my shoe ended up getting badly damaged as a result of stepping on one of these sticky blobs, which not only ruined my footwear but also added to my annoyance about the overall lack of cleanliness and consideration for the environment in that space... 🥀

Totally disappointed with this store. They are always trying to squeeze more money out of customers. I found the exact same Google Pixel for ₹52,000 at Croma in Select City, but these guys are quoting ₹56,000 directly and have the audacity to say there are no discounts whatsoever. Seriously, what the hell is this pricing? ₹4,000 more for the exact same phone and not even a single discount? Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic customer service. Feels like they just want to rip people off. I definitely won’t be buying from here again.

The shopping experience was made great by Aditya and Rajpal along with Shikha in commercials. They made package very attractive. Rajpal helped a freat deal in exchange of products. Products delivered the very next day annd installations were also done on sane day or next day. Overall I am happy that I went to Croma. Kudos to Rajpal, Aditya and Shikha and CROMA

Very bad customer service,I went there to inquire about price of the phone i wanted to purchase, but we're not even a bit interested in talking to me,maybe judged me for my appearance and age that a young person can not afford this. The seller was very rude. Later when I called to confirm if the stock is there or not,he just hanged up my call saying that NO,even before I finished. Your loss you just lost a potential customer by your assumption.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. The staff did not stand by the pricing and commitments that were initially communicated to me. First, I was informed about a certain price and card discount offer, but later I was told that the card discount would only apply if I added a 1-year extended warranty. I was even ready to add another product to my purchase, yet the promised card discount was still not provided. The behavior of the management, especially the female manager, was very unprofessional. Instead of assisting properly, she repeatedly made the staff force me to add the extended warranty unnecessarily. I originally wanted to complete my billing through my credit card, but due to the poor handling and misleading information, I was ultimately forced to pay in cash. Overall, I am completely unsatisfied with the service experience. Customers should be treated with transparency, professionalism, and respect. I hope this feedback reaches the higher management so they can understand how customers are being attended to at the store and take appropriate action to improve the service standards.

We went to Croma to buy a refrigerator. We were treated with utmost respect. Mr Prem Prakash explained us pros and cons of all the fridges that we were interested in and guided us in buying the best that suited our needs at the best possible price. The technician who came to start the fridge was also very good. All in all, I found all the staff at Croma Saket very courteous and helpful.

This is for saket croma's manager. I've been visiting croma for past so many years. I have purchased numerous products from there. But yesterday was the worst experience I ever had. I was there to buy the iphone 15. There was this guy named Ameer, he was not at all cooperative and he didn't even set my phone. I felt I was pursuing him again and again to do my task. I thought in Croma, I would receive certain level of professionalism but it was not at all there. I was seriously considering going to another store buying from there. I would highly recommend to not visit the store if you want to feel respected as a client. Please buy your electronics from any other store.

"I would like to share my experience of buying a window AC from Croma, Saket PVR. A special thanks to Sharvan Srivastava and Deepak ji. They both helped and advised me to buy the right window AC as per my requirements. The after-purchase experience is also very important. Deepak took care of everything, from the installation to the demo. When I noticed a noise in my AC due to my window, Deepak immediately spoke with a technician. The next day, the technician was at my place to check the issue. I am very happy and thankful to Sharvan, Deepak, and Croma."

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Very disappointing experience with Croma. I purchased a Croma Split AC (1.5 Ton, 3 Star) on 16 July 2026 after being assured of timely delivery and installation. The delivery was delayed, and the installation was not completed on the promised date. Despite repeated calls, most go unanswered, and when someone does answer, they simply transfer the call without providing any clear update or taking responsibility. The after-sales service has been extremely poor. I expected much better from a Tata Group brand. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying an AC from this Croma store. Poor service, false commitments, and no accountability.
