Very disoppointig guys available at there first you visit in store the sales person must welcome you showed the product and.... Then you purchase any product from there after no response from the any other from croma.. My experience very bad about ac installation to delay for ac installation

Worst pathetic people. First they will try to sell things to you and telling that we will take care and provide you support from croma. Now they are not even talking nicely. Worst experience ever. Bad people. Won’t buy anything from croma again. I had a mixer it stopped working. Now they are not even guiding properly. Rude behaviour as of i am asking them to come and repair the product.

Decent service I would say. First of all, parking is a mess. The staff members are competing among themselves to get you as their customer (sales target thing maybe). And once they are with you, they care more about their social media life more than the customer with them. They don't have a very wide range of products on display since it's not a big space. But they can get the product model you want on order. Prices are okay. Delivery and installation of the appliance was quick and hassle free.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unsatisfactory experience at Croma Saket during my visit on 27/03/2026 around 4:30pm. I visited the store to purchase a TV, and the sales representative initially showed me a model that was beyond my budget. When I informed him about my budget, he showed a lack of interest and left us unattended. This behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect equal attention and assistance regardless of my budget. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure your staff maintains professionalism and treats every customer with respect.

False claim ...!!! Zero time value!!! Croma Saket just want to sell with false claims and zero consideration. Mr.Anurag ( sale representative) sold a split AC of Haier to us conviencing to the limits of free installation and what so ever. Fo which I was keen in buying blue star. Ac was delivered two days later because of high demands. Installation person came on third day for for which proposed day I made arrangements back at home....a technician came in morning at 10am....to install ...and went back due to his lack of knowledge...my morning afternoon and evening wasted....now after recklessly calling them asking for installation done....they made arrangements at 9pm at night and now asking for all the hidden cost installation charges and everything extra. After confrontation Mr.Anurag is saying ..."aap refund le lo"....simply asking to return. And to top it of with the worst Haier technican said to us that ...."Aap ko bekar mein pagal bana diya hai croma wale admi ne". After giving a hell to the client and making incentive...they don't care to deliver with promises made. Pathetic service and worst customer support. Croma take some action and ...don't fool ppl around just to sell products on which u ppl can make incentive and claim false promises!!! Disappointed to the core. Customer always reach out for trust and good service. Alas!! All pain and no gain.

बिल्कुल बात करने का तरीका ठीक नही है स्टाफ का, मैने चंदन जी से बात करने के लिए 2 बार फोन किया but उनके पास ग्राहक से बात करने का टाइम नही है।
