Croma - Saket Pvr

Everything was good and great but I specifically came here to buy Games for my ps5 but they didn't got any disc for ps5 which is very bad because we can't buy games online everytime. Hope you guys sell some Playstation game discs like stores in other country's..

Great experience with Ali at store.. he explained mobile features in very calm and elaborating way.. as a customer it matters a lot.. Thanks

Had a great experience at Croma Saket thanks to Mr Amit Raj. He was polite, well-mannered, and patiently explained the differences between Sony, Samsung, and LG TVs. His clear guidance made it easy for me to pick the right Samsung model. Highly recommend his knowledgeable service!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your store. Despite purchasing a washing machine model no-CRLW090FLF316253 from your outlet on dated 15-08-2025, the overall experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. The service provided by your sales staff was far below expectations. After the purchase,I faced issues briefly mentioning the issue of delay in delivery.Already informed the salesperson My washing machine was also delivered by rickshaw, and there was no Croma staff available to unload it, so I had to unload it myself. and despite repeated attempts to follow up,the salesperson handling my case has not responded or provided any resolution. Such negligence and lack of after-sales support are highly unprofessional and unacceptable from a reputed brand like Croma

Good price and offers best staff

Good experience. Renu was helpful in me getting a good deal and explaining the warranty. Sapna also help me setup the device. Lovely experience :)
