Great experience, staff was not knowledgeable.
I had a great experience at the Croma store. The staff was polite and helpful, and I want to especially thank Mr. Deepak kumar from the AC department. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided me patiently through all the available options. His honest suggestions and excellent customer service really helped me make the right choice for my AC. Highly recommended!
My experience at Saket Croma has been very good at the kitchen appliances section. Explained About the product, features and benefits very clearly. Dr R Chandra Shekher
Voltas service is very bed mene 4 month pehle ac liya or itne dino me mene 4 bar technician ko bulana pada or firr bhi ac thik nahi hua koi bhi is iska koi product na kharide voltas ka company 1 no ki ghtiya hai
Salesmen are not customer friendly. Alao, disappointed as there were no demo pieces to check (neckbands). It was better to buy online from other websites who accepts return once I dislike the product.
Good service with helpful staff.
Very bad experience with Croma. Not only the customer service is poor, but the product quality is also very bad. The product stopped working properly in a very short time and there was no proper support from the staff. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money at all.
Very bad service . We have bought an split ac under extended warranty from saket mall store and-chasing these people from last 15 days via personal visit to store, help line number and email but till date no one came to visit for service. We are very disheartened such bad and negligence behaviour of these people. No one take responsibility
Enjoyed the service. Naim was very professional and helped me purchase my water purifier in a quick and professional manner.
Good experience with sales dept.Reliable Store.
