Croma - Saket Pvr

I had the most horrible and frustrating experience with Croma Store recently. They sold me a Zopper service plan for ₹3000 with the false promise of AC repair within 3 days. It has now been 15 days, and NO ONE has responded — no calls, no messages, NOTHING. Every time I visit the store, their staff acts like they have no clue. One of their employees, Pratham, was particularly rude and abusive during my last visit. Instead of helping, he insulted me, and when I demanded a refund, they flat-out refused. This is pure cheating. I’ve already filed a police complaint against Pratham for his unacceptable behavior. It’s shameful how such a big brand like Croma can be involved in such scams and customer harassment. Avoid Croma at all costs! Their after-sales service is a joke, and they clearly don’t care once they’ve taken your money. Don’t fall into their trap!

Nice staff good knowledge

I will treat this to night I am but every time I feel the problem because of the staff and the you want to work

Good store an best staff experience

I have been raising a complaint with Croma for the last 6 months, but there has been no proper response. The service quality is extremely poor, and customer support has been unresponsive

I recently visited the Croma store saket pvr during their sale event, and it was absolutely worth the trip. The discounts across categories—especially on electronics like refrigerators What impressed me the most was the well-organized layout of the store and the helpful staff, who guided me in comparing models and finding the best value for my needs. I picked up a Samsung refrigerator and a pair of noise-cancelling headphones, both at significantly lower prices than I had seen online.

I visited Saket store and I met Monu Singh. I found him very friendly and he greeted very nicely. Chroma staff is very cordial. I wish them all the best.

Md Rehan was incredibly helpful in assisting me with choosing the best product. He is an excellent salesman with thorough knowledge of the products, and I’m truly grateful for his support.
