The Chroma store of Saket, Delhi near PVR Anupam is well managed and the staff there especially Naeem guided us through the different product range. Good service by the store, quite helpful.

When you first visit the store, the staff behaves very friendly and makes you feel like you can trust them. But once you finalize the product, they start giving misleading and false information. After reaching home, you realize the truth, and when you try to contact them, no one answers your calls. Even after raising a complaint with customer care, there is no response or follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. worst store.

Worth to buy electronic items at a good discounted price.

I have always had a horrible experience with Chroma store in the past. Today after years I bought a power bank and by the time I reached home it did not work. My brother had a flight to catch and I bought it for his trip but unfortunately he had no option but to leave without any backup support. The irony is the staff had no remorse and acted like they don't care. Well this was the last time I or anyone that I know would have visited Chroma stores. I would always recommend Vijay Sales over anything for the kind of service they provide.

They have a wide range of products and a good name as its part of the TATA Group. But service is not up to the mark compared to their competitors like Vijay Sales. We always have to catch the sales person for knowing the product more. Sometimes they are not even aware if the have products in the shop or not and guide you to other sections. But yes customer service is the only point but its a big one. Rest everything is fine with the products.

Having pathetic experience with this store.New ac is having gas leakage and there is no support from the company.its really cheating their customers.

I went to buy IPad, but the salesman was not ready to give any answer to my question and was also behaving like he is owner of shop.... I think this should be noted to apple sales team head.
