I went on 9 Dec for bridal Makeup and booked for richa. Two reasons to not go for her 1. She is unprofessional and mean, i booked them for air brush makeup because i have pigmented skin but still asked for her recommendation and she said go for HD because obviously that is more money so i said ok go for hd, in 5-7 mins she said you are done see if u want any change… i was surprised with her speed and when i saw my face i asked her why all my scars are visible and her response was i cant change your skin texture… dude makeup is to change your skin texture and make it look smoother and clearer. Then kriti finished my makeup and did everything i asked for but richa is pathetic.. neither she knows how to do makeup nor how to talk 2. money is all that matters for them and nothing else as i was getting my hairstyle done and the receptionist was after my life to pay remaining of upgrade Services Makeup

The whole staff is very warm and welcoming. The makeup has been flawless and I love how creative they're with the hair. Just book them without thinking twice!!!!

I don't know about makeup services coz I have not opted any, but I would like to share my experience with front desk. Totally unprofessional ! Yes, I asked her to show me pictured of brides done by kirti and by senior artists and she was constantly saying "look at instagram page". I even pointed out that it's not possible to differentiate the artists through picture she did not put any effort in showing us the pictures. For me this kind of behaviour is unprofessional, asking a customer to check SNS websites even when person is standing at the front desk shows how lightly and lowly you thing of customers. Get that behaviour right ! Business is all about customer satisfaction.

I loved Kriti’s work on both my sagan as well as wedding. Also would like to let you know recently my sister in law got married and because you were not available she booked Richa’s makeup and me and my mum in law booked your junior artists for makeup and hair as I’ve already had got makeup dne frm junior artists in past, 3-4 times. And I would like to tell you that they were both so damn good I can’t even tell you how good both Anu and Anju did such amazing job with hair and makeup and I liked my sagan look so much that on my sis in laws wedding day I asked Anu amd Anju only to do my makeup and it was so subtle and exactly how I wanted and they did absolutely amazing job. Kindly acknowledge them from my side.

I was lucky on my wedding day becoz of kriti ma'am she made my very very special and thanks to her team also. On 9 dec 2016 it's been 5 yrs but still I got compliments .. And I suggests to my ever frnds or family members to visit her saloon once becoz she's so humble, professional, kind nd cute I love her ❤❤❤❤nd daily I saw her all the makeup trick , makeup products nd now m using power Gummies becoz of her 🤭... she's giving her honest review... Hey, I just wanted to convey my heartfelt thankyou to Kriti Ma’am for dolling me up like a princess on my engagement ceremony yesterday. Each and everyone was awestruck to see me dressed up so beautifully. She literally made my day. She understands what the client wants and gives exactly the same touch. I got my engagement makeup done by Ms Kriti Dhir and her work was truely magical.. I was complimented by many as doll and princess.. Whats more one can ask for!!! Kudos!!! Cheers to the team of kritids as well.. My hair was done very beautiful.. The helpers were cordial.. My sister also got her makeup done from here.. Her makeup was by assistant which was also done very well.. All n all a very good experience!!!!
