Cost To Cost Computer

Some people's say that they have worst quality product and staff is misbehaving. My view is, if you want to purchase any computer related item from there, either you have all the details previously or you go in the store and ask them whatever you want to buy, they will explain you all the options whatever they have in their store. You may inquire more related to your requirement. It does not mean that whatever solutions they have, will satisfy you. Now, choice will be yours. If you are satisfy with available item, you buy it. If not , you just come out from the store and search in another store. CTC or its staff never force you, that you buy this very product, they suggest only approaching to your requirement or exactly your required product. Please don't blame any. I went to this place a week ago, I found that the sales person's were not interested in discussing about any product if its various models are being asked about and rather were behaving as if i had done a mistake by asking about different products of a GPU for instance. He was showing his eyes to me, I think this person was quite old in this company know as Mishra. This in my opinion is absolutely unprofessional and shows the kind of pathetic dedication they have towards customers also, it shows the level of friendlyness they have. So, its certainly a place not worth buying a product and you can imagine how would they react if you will go to them with a compalint later on after a purchase in any of the products. What's more, I think that the prices were reasonably expensive in this shop as compared to the rest of the market so this shop appears to be just a 'hype'. Moreover, On asking for any discount on any of thier products, I got a blunt reply of "No". Therefore, I'd like to conclude here that this shop is worthless and people should not waste their hard earned money and time buying products from such people and places.

Although it's a big & famous shop in Nehru Place, but I have noticed their prices are on higher side (recently purchased printer and SSD & noticed this in both of them). Recommend to search other shops in Nehru Place before buying.

You will find almost all processors, rams, graphic cards and motherboards here, all under one roof. I went there for first time. Its one place store for everything related to computers. Good thing is, its cheaper than the Market & Online price. They have a smooth protocol too if you are looking for assembling a master computer with required configuration.

Hello guys read this review before you visit cost to cost.If you are planning to buy a processor alone then I am sorry you have to buy cpu+motherboard they won't sell you seperate processor which is really bad. And after lockdown for some reasons they are still selling products at old prices. So overall now cost to cost experience is getting bad day by day. I hope they improve and stop selling unnecessary combo to people.

Wanna get estimate prices go there.. But wanna buy.. id recommend to go around the whole market before you buy. They charge extra on the products. But if you have a mind set to buy from there.. they are nice. They attend you properly. Tell the total cost and estimates and what not. ✌

Cost to cost service centre has no drinking water facility and toilet facilities. Customer have buy water bottle for drink ,it is very very negative sign from service centre and shop. And buy water bottle from out side

it's good if you are going for a whole PC build but a little bit more expensive than the other vendors there when it comes to individual products. it's a good place to compare the prices between e-commerce sites and the offline market.(Download it's PDF first)

One of the worst electronics stores i have ever visited. All salesman here are so ill mannered. They are not aware of any product and their way of talking of low standard and they behave in a cheap manner. I visited this Cost to Cost electronic product store located in Nehru place on 10.06.2017. I wanted to purchase an electronic item and told them to give me a sample of product to see its qualities. They refused to give me the product to check its quality, packaging and manufacturing details, which according to Consumer Protection Act is the rights of consumer to check the details of product. All the salesman man started misbehaving and shouting at us and they all said it’s our company policy, we don't show products. I was asked to leave to store and they challenged us to do whatever we want. They were neither hearing us nor allowed to choose and no information are given by them. They violated right to be informed, right to be choose and right to be hear of consumer protection act.
