I was a regular customer of cost to cost since many years but they cheated me this time. They sold me a laptop which was out of warranty from HP. They stamped that warranty will be provided by cost to cost. 1 month later the charging cable was not working (no physical damage) they disagreed to replace the cable, few months later the screen adhesive started wearing off and the folding claps got teary, i am not sure when I'll have to dump it in garbage. The employees at cost to cost are rude towards any kind of assistance. Pls do not prefer cost to cost for your purchases.

when a shop starts getting too much customer. they think they are above comsumers. and same is the case with cost to cost. they wont even listen to you if you are willing to purchase a single item. even the staff who barely earns 15000 per month acts like they are the owner of the showroom and wont even look at you. pathetic shop to buy anything. they dont respect their customers. and you can find prices lower than cost to cost im other shops of nehru place..

cost to cost is a big shop in Nehru place in Delhi and this when I visited this place so I found that so many items you can find out easily and because they are not as per market price but he has the healthy have reduced the price of some items and which we normally which makes that item affordable for you so that's a nice place.

I wanted to buy a graphics card 1050ti oc they told me a certain price and it looked reasonable but still I wanted to look into other shops so that I can get the best rate. Though many shops were cheaper than this but I still went there thinking they are providing genuine product. But when I asked the price again they told me a different rate higher than the one they told previously. But I was tired and so I decided to go with it anyway but I was not sure whether that graphic card could fit into my cpu so they told me to go to their own repair shop which was at the end of the market's corridor to confirm whether graphics card can be inserted. I went away for like 2 minutes and returned but I found that someone else was sitting on the counter. On asking him to give me the card he told a price which was again higher than the previous one. I figured something was wrong they were taking advantage of me. So I decided I won't give my money to these cheaters and walked away from this dumb shop.
