Cost To Cost Computer

My Laptop required a display power rectification and the costtocost technician (completely uneducated) told me "both ur display cards are in highly bad state and the cost for that would be 1800/-...his words sounded fake but as I wanted my laptop repaired and paid 300/- (in advance) so in total that would be 2100/- Whereas when I went to a diff shop asked the guy to check, the same thing was done and explained to me at a much lesser cost (1100/-). The Tech at costtocost told me "sir 20 item dalenge", I said "explain"...he couldn't say 3items right after checking the laptop confidently (chor ki dadi mei tinka). In my 11years of core career I had recommended this place to thousands as I was in a notion that this place provides better Sales and Post sales services...after my experience....never going to visit or recommend...current people working have tarnished the image... probably that's why their sales have gone down, hence keep shifting places. Before me, I saw 3-4 people completely dissatisfied another me and people following... My Rating: Negative 10
