One of biggest shop in nehru place for new computer parts, almost everything is available and they give bill with GST so warranty is not an issue but yeah prices will be lil higher than other shop however it is trust worthy

Unnecessary charges. They were charging me 2500 for old cpu and providing only 1 month guarantee. Rude behaviour and no resolution. I paid 300 rupees just to know that cpu of my laptop need to be changed. First time I have heard that laptop is not botting as cpu is not working. Just trying to fool customers. Beware of them.

They have two shops one is up and one is in basement which is service center, i went to service center because i wanted a 250GB ssd installed on my laptop , for which they cost 3900 later on i found the same ssd of 3600 on amazon These service guys dont even know how to open a laptop , the guy who was opening my laptop called other guy to just to open laptop. The guy on the counter asked 1200 just to transfer data to sdd which you can do by yourself and 300 to install ssd that also you can do by yourself by searching on YouTube better than these guys sitting at this service center. They just want your money nothing else. The guy who makes the bill behaves like he is doing some kind of favour by giving you service. If you still want to give your expensive machine to these guys for repair you can do but i won't.

worst expirience with cost to cost..they are increasing prices day by day.I got same HDD and dell LED monitor at lower prices from other shops on nehru place.Attendants of cost to cost dont show products..you have to pay first, neither they will reply second time.worst shop on nehru place. why google has not given the option to rate with 0 star??shops like cost cost are to be rated with 0 star,I am feeling lot of pain in giving 1 star to this ridiculous shop.

I'll give zero is option will reflect ahead. I called and ask about WD my passport ultra he said we don't have. Then I called after 2 days he misbehaved and used filthy words and then asked me to come .

-Its not that cheap you can get at cheaper rates outside, -the staffs here think themselves too smart they dont give a damn about your opinion they will lookover other customers without answering your querries or doubts if you have, -all the rates shown are exclusive of gst they will add 18%gst +2% swiping charges so the rate increases overall, better carry lacs of cash if you are building a gaming cpu if you want to save those bucks of swiping charges Overall please dont go just by name you can find cheaper price of the same product that too without swiping charges and prices will be inclusive of gst cheaper than them

It is a place where one can buy different quality products of computer and accessories on compitetive rates. Business turm & conditions are clear and transparent. Usually one can expect genuine products on reasonable rates. Worth to take a visit.

Don't go there, they have Fixed Price List just for the name sake, they don't follow it, they make thei own prices and give some illogical excuses. Prefer other shops in Nehru Place like Soham Enterprises.

It used to be my goto shop for computer essentials, not only are the workers super rude for some reason, their pricing is also unnecesarily pumped, literally 20-30% higher than the market,....rude salesman and really bad customer service....and jokes on you if you buy something from them and it doesnt work......all they will do is give you the product's company's address/phone no to go and bang your head on.....i am never going back there and trust me you shouldn't either....the golden days of this shop are long gone
