Cost To Cost Computer

Third class service. Never go here they are least bothered to sell and are not interested in talking to customers.

They did a fraud with me, i purchased a 65W laptop charger they sold it as original one give with one year warranty, it stopped working within a year and i visited them again, they made me wait for 10 days and give another, it stopped working in 6 months and they refused to change, when i went is service center, the staff checked both and told me that both charger are local and not from company. That's how they deceive people

They are just traders in case of laptops and UPS or other products , once you pay them, then even seal packed products after a day, cannot be replaced with higher value products. Forget about services like refund. Go for amazon and these stores will suffer for their deeds. If they cannot own a product's replacement or refund then they should inform that in advance. This is the case of Rs. 14500 online UPS and I was about to purchse a high price asus laptop from them but learnt my lesson by UPS.

Visited the shop but it was closed, even though it was Thursday and the whole Nehru Place market was open. Disappointed as there was no notice or information about the closure. Poor customer convenience.

There are lot of fraud shops in nehru place but this is the only genuine shop i found in nehru place. Fixed rate, rates are changed daily as per the market price.

Cheap computer components but the price they tell you are GST excluded by that the components appears to be cheaper but at last they add 18% GST which will increase the overall price

I understand they must be getting sales by keeping a wide front door shop but their technicians are the worst and having behaviour issue.

All things are good but behaviour of some people in this shop is bad. I asked rates of my PC but a guy who works in this shop, he only tell me total price when i asked for seperate rates, this guy don't tell me seperate rates. Therefore, i did not bought my PC from this shop. I can suggest you for 'Computer Laptop Zone' this shop is great and give best discount. You should go in this shop at least one time.
