Not very good customer service, lot of confusion, they don't tell properly pros and cons of choosing pc components, rates are okay, just remember to add gst, prices without gst are misleading and you may end up buying costlier product.

Big shops like Cost to Cost and Computer Empire are dominating the business in Nehru Place. It is high time the place is more democratized. So try finding good smaller shops with bigger hearts and shop from them. Do leave shop names in comments. Enjoy the wholesale rates at Nehru Place while it lasts as the market is in the hit list of United States of America (an official US Trade Representative, USTR, report brands it as one of the most’ “notorious IT markets)

Not much difference in online prices and at their shop. Better to go for online like Amazon/Flipkart during sales.

Great experience, got everything on a very reasonable price. No hidden cost or anything. They have a great collection of computer hardware and devices. They sell almost every part of the computer. This shop don't do servicing.

I wanted to extend my laptop's SSD and RAM. So I visited cost to cost their price Nehru place. Their price is a little more than the price I had seen on Amazon but I was there just to buy these items. So I brought it and they give a complete bill with originality assurance.

इतनी बड़ी दुकान में ढंग के AC तक नही है 20 लाख से ऊपर की रोजाना सेल है फिर भी एक chair 💺 तक दुकान में नही है जिस पर customer बैठ सके। हद तो इससे भी बढ़कर तब होती है जब मई जून की चिलचिलाती गर्मी में भी पीने का पानी भी customer को उपलब्ध नही हैं। Customer की सुहुलियत का जरा सा भी ख्याल नहीं है COST TO COST को। जो की बहोत insulting है

They have the best price in market but it's fixed. So you won't be able to bargain at all. But that shouldn't be an issue since you will be getting the best as per your budget. All the official prices without GST are available at there official online page. The thing that i liked most was, that they themself suggests you the best configaration according to your need and usages of the machine. You can easily reach here by metro or your personal vehicle as well. They even provide people to drop your systems to your vehicle or to the main road. Since these labours are not the regular employee of Cost to cost, they can charge anywhere from 100 to 150 INR for the work. One more thing, while making payments, either use UPI or bank transfer because they will charge 2% on the cards.
