Cost To Cost Computer

One of the best place to buy computer parts at cheap rates

I bought my system from here, went back recently as it stopped working. The people there first asked to get a computer diagnostic bill. Then after the post payment the guy working there had no clue as to how a graphic card is supposed to come off, how to plug it back in and best of all they scratched the side panel and started to blame that "we do not know if it was there before you got this to us or not". If you want new stuff they will treat you good, if you want service they will ruin it more. The staff is quite rude especially the lady who seems to be in charge.

I was planning to visit the shop before I go first I want to check the reviews on map. Satisfied for the reviews. Cancel to visit 😔 due to unsatisfied reviews. Thanks google map.

There are very best electronic products. monitor, cpu, home theatre, mouse, keyboard, memory card, pen drives, portable speakers, power bank. new products and new price rates. Depending on market rate up and down.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I had a horrible experience with Cost to Cost showroom in Nehru Place. I bought a computer system from them just last week, and it has already stopped working. When I purchased it, they promised home service in case of any issues. But now, they are refusing to provide that and are asking me to bring the system to their shop. To make things worse, when I asked about repairs, they casually said, “Kitna din chalega, nahi pata” – basically admitting they don’t stand by their products. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s outright shocking. They clearly don’t care about after-sales service or customer satisfaction. This place is a complete fraud. They make fake promises just to sell, and once you’ve paid, they don’t care. Don’t waste your money or time here. I would never recommend Cost to Cost to anyone. Stay away!

The experience was fine. The staff was helpful but the prices are higher nowadays. So, I bought from Smartekk Computers. Small shop but nice pricing.

Bad customer service. Billing process was very bad . He takes too much time for billing process.

The team at cost to cost is very swift efficient and knowledgeable. They don't waste your time in sugar coating and upselling lowtech, they really have a good inventory of product they are fast.

I got my computer repaired from them for Rs 2.5 lakh but their work is not good at all and they don't even do the wire management of the PC properly.
