But before you enter be sure about the address you are heading for as there are many, many core areas and you tend to get confused and may go round and round. Entry to most offices are controlled by smart cards, which is a good thing. Summing, it's an oasis amidst hustle and bustle of a top industrial area in South Delhi. As you proceed towards it from the Govindpuri Metro stations your jaw drops as you see a part of the infamous, grey hill called the Okhla Dump.

Great, absolutely loved it , neat and clean environment for business houses. Perfect parking system. Just sorrounding area is jhugi basti.which creats driving problems, otherwise would have been perfect for offices.

There are no. of office in DLF Building. There is One food court (Barco's) and one Prime general store in Building area. Liquor shop is also available. Building area is good. But due to industrial area, It is so much difficult to drive here. Connectivity (Auto & shuttle bus by DLF also available. You can also get DTC buses or sharing Cabs from Govindpuri Metro but they drop you near Honda Showroom crossing.

DLF prime is a beautiful business centre with all amenities. I have been visiting this place for 5 years now. It's amazing. Super clean. Well maintained. Best quality lifts.

Very good building in Okhla industrial area phase1 near Tehkhand village. Good space of parking with security arrangements. Almost all areas covered with CCTV surveillance. Need to improve washroom facilities on floors.
