There are 5-star hotels as well as hospitals and malls within a 7-12 km radius and good connectivity by road and metro to all the major micro-markets of Delhi NCR. If coming from Tughlakabad Road, Google Map takes you thru the 'scenic route' with the landfill on one side and a slum on the other. The compound is well done like any DLF big box office complex. Safety concern: Fire Hydrants on the ground floor can get blocked by parked cars!!!

Building is good but location is very bad looking like village. International Client not prefer to DLF (My personal Experience) and also have two wine shop on same building.

This place is located in okhla phase-1, New Delhi. Very good Building architecture. It also have a food court. But area of outside of this building is not good.

There are many offices. It is looking so wonderful because they have so beautiful park. And two wine and beer shop and restaurant and bar available

Worst management Cushman wakefield , Lots of Parking issues , Rude behavior of Guards , Irresistible management pls do not take office/property here you will suffer, If you want to park you can park outside in slums .......worst office building by DLF in worst location and badly managed by CUSHMAN WAKEFIELD

It's definitely hard to believe that in Okhla which is sorrounded by slums and old industrial setup, we have such exquisite corporate park designed by DLF and managed by JLL. I really liked the upkeep, cleanliness, greenary, safety and security and overall set up of the corporate park. There are three main wings A, B, C and the towers represents L shape. There is absolutely no issue of parking as there is a huge open area for the parking and two floors in the basement for the parking space. Moreover it is free. Though there are spaces available fir lease but many have already been occupied by small and medium enterprises. Washrooms are neat and clean and available on each floor. There is a foid Court in the ground area which has Indian, chines ses, chat, and south Indian menu sold at very cheap price. One can have meal here without paying more unlike any other corporate parks in Gurgaon. Interestingly there are two wine shops which makes an opportunity for people who enjoys drink in the evening and party. One needs to come straight from Crown plaza and cross Maruti showroom of DD MOTORS and take the first left from Courtesy Honda and travel straight for a km to reach at the main gate of the park. There is no issue of Bike parking as well. In total there are 8 floors on each wings. Overall there is a very positive atmosphere here and one can find peace compared to the other corporate parks of Gurgaon or Noida.To enhance the overall aesthetic there are beautiful paintings and Wall hangings on the wall near the lift on each floor.
