This business tower is nice to have a business office in South Delhi and ambient is not good but once you reached this tower, ambient didn't bother while working. Tower is clean and well established. If planning for the business office then it's a cool place in South Delhi, far from crowded once with all basic things.

Great place in a convenient location. One of the very few buildings in Okhla that actually looks good. The reason I have cut one star is that the signage is bad and finding an office is hard. Also, because it's mostly unoccupied, finding people to ask where an office is is hard.

Beware... Their maintenance department is pretty bad. Toilets stink, parking is haphazard on their mercy and no food court inside. It's at remotest location and unsafe at night. Avoid this place. Perfect place for office .... Great

Good office space except the fact that it is siruated in suburban area. So the crowd outside the premise Is not so good and the sharing vehicle barely drops you door step. COMMUTERS face issue incase they do not have personal vehicle. Otherwise good office space but thr washrooms are not taken proper care of.
