Great rooms. Spacious interior, courteous staff. Bit all that is ebbed by the food. The chef really needs a change. The breakfast buffet is a disaster with prepared food, like paratha, coconut chutney, Bhatura etc. I really hope they do something to justify their big name and deliver . The banquets and meeting rooms are spacious and can accommodate 200 + guests.

The place looks good however in terms of overall service it would be the last option for me. We went for a cousins wedding. We were suppose to get our four rooms around 12 and we got our one room around 4pm. Even our luggage was not in place. When we got our room finally, there were no toiletries no towels which disappointed us more. And on the top of all of this there was no hot water coming from the showers and tap in such a cold climate it was 10 degrees cold. Very disappointing experience it's been. We wanted to pack a carton so we requested for a brown tape to cover the box, the receptionist clearly said we don't have which is just not possible. Never ever keep any socializing functions in this hotel. The management is too downskilled for such events Travel group Family Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 2

3rd-grade service 3rd-grade staff turned out to be very rude when you complained about the problem. pros: 1.Nicely decorated rooms. 2.food quality and taste is good. 3.bathroom is well equipped 4.They will welcome you with free drinks cons: 1.wifi is not FREE they charge 450rs for 12h. 2.You might have to wait a bit long before check-in.I have waited 45mins before chk in as they told me they are preparing the rooms overall it's a good hotel to stay..

Do not book this hotel, it should be a 5star hotel but it’s treating the customers bad. They don’t deserve 5stars. We booked a night here, the driver paid 6000Rs for two nights. When we arrived the gave to room with separate bed away so I had to wait at least one hour for an other room (double bed, not what I booked). I ordered room service and after one hour I contacted them again that there was still no food. The had a shift change and forgot to tell the new shift(no problem can happen). They couldn’t make the food we ordered. Eventually I got some food. The next day the asked for cleaning the room, that was not necessary. They offered to bring new towels and water, and I replayed yes please. When we came back at night there were no new towels, now water and the room service plates ware still on the table. We brought them to the restaurant ourselves. We ordered dinner and there was human hair in it. When we wanted to check out the wouldn’t let us. Apparently there was a driver that didn’t pay the last time. So I called our driver to come in. When I wanted to use the toilet I asked where to find it. They explained me that I booked a tour with a fraud company and that we couldn’t leave. So I said to him: I asked for the toilet. When I came back in the lobby the took my luggage away, but not to the car. So my mom came in and told the manager you can’t take the luggage without saying. I was trusting you to leave it here. Then he told her not to make a scene and raised his voice (almost shouted). None of us made a scene, but when you treat us like this we will also raise our voice. After several times asking for my luggage the menagerie still would not respond to that question. I walked to the counter and told them to tell me where my luggage was and he showed me. I could finally put it in the car. Still we can’t leave, the person of the tour company just arrived to solve this all. They told us that we are respected customers and they treat the customers like that but they really don’t. After 1.5 hours we wanted to check out they came and apologize for taking my luggage (not well meant but oke). We finally could leave.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights, 3 days. In all the days, the food was fantastic with variety and taste. Shoutout to the server, Kapil for being the most attentive to all the needs. Great stay and food! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4

I stayed for a night there. Their hospitality should be rated the poorest of all stays. Neither did they put clean blankets, neither was sofa cover clean. Only the room service guys were very courteous & so was reception staff. This 3 rating is for the terrace pool they have. It was very a good experience soaking there.
