The place was very neat ans clean. The banquet was very spacious and had plenty of sitting space for the guests. The food was good and the breads were well done and served straight from the tandoor. The starters were really good and even the options were too many. The staff was also very courteous and responding to the requests on immediate basis. Overall, a good experience and the place can be explored.

Worst property ever. Worst hospitality. We went there and met Nandan. He was a nice guy. We then in the second meeting we met Amit. Horrible man. I don't know why they keep such person in the hotel. Very very rude. He don’t even know how yo talk or behave. We were booking the poolside area for the Haldi. Initially they said we can book for 25pax and agreed. In the second meeting they said now we want MG of 35 people. We said you have to honour the quotation that you have provided. Then they said. No. Don’t book with them. They don’t even know how to talk witha customer. Worst executive Amit. He was behaving like he is the CEO of the Hotel. People like Amit should be terminated or else people like him will make the reputation of the hotel zero. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

I visited this place in 2017. The property was awesome. And for the same reason we visited there in Dec 2022. BUT hotel is not maintained at all. Furniture is broken. Tiles and marbles in bathroom counters are pathetic. Some services are not working at all. Sofa and couches at entrance are too dirty and smelly. Not at all recommend for business people. The location is good. The arrangement was not done as committed by the sales person. Highly recommended to have everything in written,The staff will pretend to go by word of mouth but they will deny the commitments made at booking time. stayed here at our recent trip to India, the rooms were not clean, they had a mouldy smell, there was mould in the bathroom , toilet not clean, looked like the mirror had not been clean in a very long time. The floor in our room was water damaged. The smell in the room was so bad it actually made my mother physically ill. i would not recoomend. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

The hotel is huge which consist of a banquet as well. Rooms were Clean and spacious with hot water amenity. The check-in was smooth. Little bit issue with the bed as the matrices were drifting apart creating an empty space in the middle. The key card was hard to use, tried almost 15 times to get in. A big window to see the morning sunshine. Overall a great experience from my side. Rooms The rooms were clean and spacious with a office chair included.
