Horrible experience, specially with the front desk people, Sunil and charanpreet I guess the sure, phone was not working, didn't change it after calling soamy times, gave adjoining rooms without asking and didn't even change It later after asking ao many times, didn't mention that the pool is not working in the first place, ruined whole day, worst service. Didn't even allowed one visitor for half n hour even before 8 after requesting that it is just for half n hour Trip type Business Travel group Friends Rooms: 2 Service: 1

We stayed there as marriage party during my son's wedding. It was a total satisfaction with night stay and food. The rooms were managed in such a way that few spare rooms were offered to other special guests too. The portion for sehra banddi was also spacious and well equipped. There was a full attention and care ensured by host family of Brig. Premjit Singh Jee! Kind regards and good luck!

The service at resturant is below standard. You keep asking for things but they don't care. Worst is the situation when ask for hot tea they will say kettle is filled though it's at top bottom and when there staff asks immediately they run to get hot tea Trip type Business Travel group Solo Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5 Rooms It's good Nearby activities Good Safety Ok Walkability Excellent Food & drinks Service worst the service at resturant should be improved Noteworthy details The service at resturant to be improved Hotel highlights Quiet

Very bad service, i had one after the other bad service at this place, very pathetic management. Waiters are il mannered and so are the people on the front desk. Not at helpful in emergencies and rather you’ll have to run yourself. Also came across a paranormal activity one after the other. Got scratches in the hand the other person staying got her eyes red and both the people have constant headaches. It’s recommended not to visit this place. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 4

We celebrated our baby's Naming Ceremony there. The banquet is beautiful and the Manager of the Hotel Amit Arora is very cooperative. Food was Ok. In fact, we paid them after the celebration and they did not create any fuss for the payment unlike other banquets and hotels. We are considering to book again for a wedding if they promise to improve quality of food and decoration of property. We recommend this property for celebration of events. Service: 4 Location: 5

This place deserves no more than one star. The service is very poor from the front of house no smile or initiative to get anything done. The rooms were not clean when we arrived, dust everywhere, not clean sheets , tv not working and at times no hot water in the shower. The kettle was not working my water spilt from underneath onto the floor. The toilet was not clean at all I felt someone had already used it many times over before me. The restaurant was actually good which was the only saving grace along with the room service staff. Please do not stay here 🙏🙏
