We stayed two days on fourth floor room 406 407 and 408. The rooms were not the greatest standard. We found rooms being not maintained properly and room 408 big glass window double glazing glass was broken which creat huge moisture in the room. The room bed sheets and pillow covers were not very cleaned. We have to request the change of bed sheets. The towels are not the greatest and found stain marks on them. Be careful with the loose heavy glass on round table it did fell on my friend foot and luckily did not break. The management did not see that an issue!? The location is fine and staff were very attentive but let down by the hotel rooms. The breakfast was good and reasonably ok. The hotel suggest 4 stars but we would say about 3 star standards.

We were there for a function and service was not upto mark. Moreover their lifts has stopped working and taken 2 hours to rectify. They have some mechanics but again they were not sure how to rectify the problem. Travel group Family Service: 3 Location: 3

Amm, I don't like it as much, food was fine, Room is not clean, housekeeping staff take a good time to deliver cutlery and water. Even at checkout, the water we drank feel like tap water. In the room fridge was not working properly. Overall ok experience Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 4

Nice and elegant place. There was live music as well. They were trying to fulfill all the ghazal requests. The decoration and interior of the restaurant was elegant. There is a pool at the terrace along with a party area. The food was delicious. The staff was very nice and polite.

The hotel is just over rated. Only the room and the receiption area is good. The cleanliness is not maintained. The bathroom are super dirty with everything broken. Also the maintenance is not proper. Food is very expensive a toast bread charges for 3 slice is 150 and a normal jeera rice is 249/- also they do not allow outside food. If ordered than no cutlery provided, no delivery inside the premises etc. Very disappointed. Avoid staying the property is old too and isn't maintained the standard of 4 star. Pro: -Foods in the restaurant on GF taste generally good and affordable, but menu is limited than it says. -Staff are friendly and trying to help you, at least. -Clean bed to sleep well. -Hot shower available though drainage may need fixing. -Entrance looks nice. Con: -Facilities are all old and don’t function as you expect in most cases. -Should be alright as 3-star hotel in India, but one cannot say it’s a clean hotel. -Few to many other things, though not serious and the staff will listen to you.
