SK Premium Park

I booked this hotel for 4nights ,it's been allready two nights and so far i didn't face any issues here , i was expecting carpet flooring but it's wooden ,hard to walk without sleepers as it is winter .in room m using heater but in washroom still it's giving cold air and i could not find any switch to turn it off. Over all everything is better ,well deserving to be a three star hotel.👻

"A Disastrous Stay at SK Premium Park Hotel"Review:Our experience at SK Premium Park Hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Here’s what went wrong:We were initially shown four different rooms, each with its own set of problems, before we reluctantly settled on the fifth one. The staff’s dismissive attitude and telling us to "just deal with it" was incredibly frustrating 😡.The food was extremely disappointing—overpriced, tasteless, and not even close to what we expected for the price 🍽️.The air conditioning was barely functioning, leaving the room hot and stuffy, making it difficult to relax 🥵.The bathroom was a nightmare—water was pooling on the floor due to a slow drain, and the smell from the drains was unbearable 🚿.Towels and bed linens were unclean and had visible stains, which was extremely off-putting 😷.The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, treating our concerns as if they were trivial. Their lack of care made a bad situation even worse 😠.The noise from the hallway and other rooms was constant and loud, making it impossible to get any rest 🛑.The room itself was in terrible shape—there was a strong, musty odor, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades 🪑.The overall experience was a total waste of money—the hotel charges premium prices for a substandard experience 💸.To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, cutting out frequently, which was frustrating 📶.This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I recently stayed at this property and I hope that my review helps others that are looking to book here: - i had to work from home but the wifi was not working - had called the reception several times and they did not get it working. - asked them to cancel the booking and refund the amount but they refused. How was I supposed to work from home now? Pay for another hotel? Free WiFi is a scam on their catalog. - really overpriced for a 3 star hotel, better go for Radisson - the staff is not helpful and kind - no staff for luggage carrying help while check in - had to take my own luggage to fourth floor - room floor is cracked - they charge for REGULAR water. They give 2 bottles free each day and after that ANY water is chargeable. Not mineral, but regular too. - 0/10 score for the reasons mentioned above. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Very bad service. They dont care about our rooms.rain water & waste water leak in bed room if we ask that they give silly reason. Food is very bad. Rooms sevice is waste in service . Intercom not working. Charger point not working. Tv not working if we ask tat they wont response. Wifi totally waste. Here after i planed not to take like this hotel ever. Breakfast was good. But the rooms had smells and cockroaches. The food menu is also costly.

Trip-a-Deal plicked ...A very old and run down hotel. No chance it's a true 3 star. *Room, after removing someone's hair from under tlets. *Shower/toilet, poor. Very low water pressure and the water was just warm for both morning showers. Broken tiles etc. While on the loo, water drips on you from above and more water covers part of the floor... Not nice. I had to stay alone due to some official urgencies. My stay was made so torturous and pathetic. No wifi, rude staff behaviour, the pet dialogue which team use is You can leave the hotel and property. Which customer service industry behaves like this with females or I would say even with male??? That's neither professional nor acceptable in human norms. Very bad hotel. Nothing work properly. Water does not get clear from bathroom. TV maximum channel does not work. Entire things of room need a renovation. Well breakfast is good. Varity is good. Food taste is ok type. Not recommending to others.
