The staff is the most rude ever. Visited hundreds of hotels but the behaviour of the staff at the time of breakfast was really pathetic. The house keeping staff rang the bell 3 times demanding for the tip. Very unprofessional Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 3

So, the corridors, reception area, restaurant and all are very well managed and looks good but there's no maintenance of rooms at all. In one of our rooms the bathroom door was malfunctioning and the room service people kept on stretching it that they'll do it in 15 mins or so and so on. The bathroom's fittings were all rusty and flush were creating problem. In another room there was just a Sony TV Panel but inside no TV, plus the bathroom was not up to the mark. Specially Diwan singh sir help us alot Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3

experience was not great. Their valet parking manager has poor customer skills so park at your own risk. Room service pathetic. You call them and expect service in one hour. Rooms are clean and spacious however better to avoid as other hotels nearby are there. Avoid giving car to their valet drivers you will regret.
