Very bad experience. Washrooms were dirty and need immediate repairs. Food was ok. Often I found it was cooked in stale oil.
Corridor was stinking. Door will not lock until you slam it hard. One lift was out of order. Water bottles not kept in room until you demand it. Hand towels not kept in bathroom. In breakfast, idli was not fresh and soft. Toilet flush was not effective. Intercom telephone in room was dead.

The hotel is situated at the backside of DDU hospital and it isn't one of the prime locations of west delhi. But the services offered in the property are of 4 star category. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and they have a rooftop pool as well to add to the amenities.
We had a family wedding and booked the hotel second time with same regards. It’s an above average hotel with good services. We also had our Sangeet in its banquet hall which was organized well. It’s a well budgeted hotel to host your party and guests.
Nice place for organizing marriages , birthday party and even you can get rooms to stay Lot of space for parking 10 out of 10 on hygine and cleaniness. Food was great too if you have buget about 1lac you will get great deal and you can organize gathering of like 100 -150 packs Thanks
