Most hopeless hospital in India, one my relatives was admitted for liver treatments in the year of 2016 due to great name of Dr Surin, we went there for treatment but sorry to say they have treated casually against payment of a huge amt.

I think this hospital is over rated... Mostly they mislead you... I lost my young nephew there few days back... They don't go for the transplant till the end and keep you waiting till your patient gives up.. Visit of senior doctors to the ICU is very less... Over all I had a very bad experience of ilbs ....

PLEASE READ THIS I have spent more time here than home in last 6 months, I took my mother to ilbs in Jan for the first time for the treatment of pleural effusion due to CLD where she was admitted for 9 days under Dr S K Sarin and was discharged on diuretics but after 1.5 months situation was different, her levels were rising, effusion recurred readmission done & was advised for liver transplant which is not that easy but still there was a hope, but main issue came after process started, according to their TECHNICIAN CARDIOLOGIST (I am writing this because the cardiologist here don't do echo, technicians do) she had moderate aortic stenosis and the biggest liver institute don't have cardiology backup.. we are fools to come here from so far to listen to this, they said you go to some other institute get her valve replaced and come back or get her transplant there but with tube in chest and other complications how will you take the patient to other hospital, this delayed the process but consultant and SR (Dr Omkar in my case) will blame you that you are responsible for not getting her transplant done (as if it's a buy and sell thing) so if anything happens to the patient you are responsible and be ready for bad consequences, and they will only say disease is progressing so everything is happening, coming on to private wards few of the nursing staffs are really good, we pay so much and take private ward bec Dr Sarin sir visit there, BUT what's the use when he has no time to listen to patient or attendent, though in my case he tried helping me to get DDLT registration done for donor at different cities (I am thankful for that) but he only listens to his SR for less than 1 min (they skip many things and give wrong information too) and then he goes out if you will try to talk to him he will point towards his SR to talk and he will go away, he is only there for POLITICIANS AND STARS NOT FOR COMMON PEOPLE, SR behave as if they are the biggest doctors, my mother once called him to talk(Dr Omkar S Rudra) he was talking to his colleagues outside but took one hour to come inside as if he was too busy but he was only chit chatting (I heard this conversation) they would discourage you like anything that you are at fault for the patient's condition and now if there is any problem patient needs to be shifted to hdu followed by ICU then ventilator and you should be ready for it, reality is they don't even try, they don't want to take anything on their head, in interventional radiology Dr Dinesh Meher works as if patient is made up of plastic, without anaesthesia being effective he starts the treatment giving so much pain to the patients but Dr Vasav is good over there, Dr Amar Mukund only comes to see the patients of his contact not others, in private ward treatment is done by Dr Vinod Arora and not Dr Sarin, atleast he will listen to you but transplant is the only option since day 1, due to wrong interpretation of cardiology our process got delayed, who is responsible for this, why the hell technician is doing echo, let me tell you in other hospital after cardiac evaluation cardiologist said that my mom's heart function is well and no intervention is needed even for transplant, when my mother was not well in ilbs she had breathing issues, we asked for cardiology reference the entire day passed but Dr Balram Mishra and Dr Sood did not come to the ward to examine her (BUSY CARDIOLOGISTS NO TIME FOR PATIENT) when I objected Dr Omkar said I had a talk on phone he has seen ECG, if cardiology opinion can be done on phone then no clinic and cath lab should be there, Dr Imran in 4th private is helping and way better than many SR's and Dr srajit (SR we got in jan) helped me alot, due to wrong cardiology opinion we suffered so much, will dr sarin bring back the time.. no he only needs media attention, afterall why will he be bothered for common patients we are not politician or celebrity, kisi ki duniya ujad gyi ho par unko kya fark padta h politicians khush rehne chahiye

It's a liver transplant hospital with all the high-tech equipments and it's a semi government hospital... Doctor consultation fee is low but they prescribe dozen of tests... Recommendable hospital for chronic disease and major problems but not recommendable for minor problems...
