Management is bit cumbersome. From Billing to report collection you would be hopping one building to another, it's not easy for patients who have no one to support them to manage all this on their own. 4 stars for doctors
A commercial mall, not a hospital.. Think twice before coming.. Won't cure you, just pile up the bills. Don't tell them you have insurance, They will immediately admit you in emergency/ICU for any fake reason
One of the best Liver Hospitals in and Around Delhi. It is known for treating Liver related issues and Transplant. Free parking is also available.
Doctor listen and discuss with patients. Nurses are rude. Treatment is not good. Uneccesessry tests of the patient which fell the patient before he goes for final treatment. Inexperienced doctors
Worst hospital, total frauds. for money, they are scaring people and forcing them for critical tests. Dr. Shiv Kumar sarin does not have any manners on how to talk to patients. worst experience
I have seen the best Dr"s Team here. Good communication to the patients. Good infrastructure. Me & My Family Give a big thanks to Dr Pamecha & His team memeber as well the nursing staff for treating & caring us. In other words, A patient feel here like a home.
Hospital staffs are really very good. They care your pain. God bless them. Infrastructure is upto mark. There should be more hospitals in other part of India like this.
Most arogant staffs... They don't even know how to speak or help.. they will shout and will not redolre your issues. The grievance resolving officer himself is very arogant. Not willing to listen or support. The moment you aso forfhelp, they will start shouting on you. Worst experience in life while booking appointment and speaking to them. Not recommend. Shame!
They are not creative in their fields. Except following the bookish stuff and Dr. Sarin, this hospital has nothing. God forbid if you trust them blindly, this should be the last hospital your loved one shall see.
Excellent and latest machinery and equipments, only drawaback is the blppd collection department where only 1 lab assistant handles over 100 patients a day though there are 3 chairs installed inside the room but only 1 nurse to take the blood. Need to work on that.
