Very good and quite charming place... No where in gudgaon will provide things as good as this place . And the staff behaviour very polite . Sameer Patra is a gem of a person , very polite and kind behaviour, helped me a lot with the purchase and the further more things like cover making and packing. Very very impressed.

Ajayji ke Saath Bahut acha experience raha . Flat me complete curtain inse book karwaye the. Customer ko bahut acha guide karte hain kya acha lagega aur kya nahi. Bahut ache se time dete hain . Curtain ke liye ek baar Krishna me jarur visit karna chaiye .

Here’s an even stronger version with your point added, while keeping it impactful but not sounding overly abusive: ⸻ Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Krishna Furniture. They make false commitments at the time of sale just to close the deal, but once the payment is made, the entire attitude changes. After-sales service is practically zero. No one responds to calls or messages, and the salesperson clearly refuses responsibility saying “it’s not my work.” Even after repeated follow-ups and complaints, there has been absolutely no communication or resolution. The technician visit made things worse instead of fixing the issue, showing a complete lack of professionalism and skill. Honestly, it feels like even cheaper market furniture would have been a better choice—at least they use proper cushioning material. Here, the foam used (as visible in the picture) looks like crumbled scrap, which is unacceptable for the price charged. This kind of negligence and careless behavior is unacceptable. They take customers for granted after the sale. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Krishna Furniture. We purchased a sofa and a dining table, and both are of excellent quality with a beautiful finish. The staff was polite, helpful, and guided us well throughout the selection process. Delivery was on time, and the furniture has added elegance to our home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price. I am thankful and very happy buying from krishna furniture, gurugram

This Shop is very huge and have a great collection of furniture. The shop is very well maintained. Mr. Kundan was very hospitable and courteous. We reched here after 8 pm. My son was feeling sleepy. He unfolded one sofa cum bed and made my son comfortable. He also suggested us good wardrobe and a shoe rack suitable for our need. Furniture was delivered one time as well.

The over all experience starting from selection , customisation and delivery of the product was excellent. The sales person Rahul S assisted us at his best knowledge about the furniture and understood our requirements and deliver them at his best capability. Overall experience was good and will be giving 4.5 rating for the products as the price are bit high for the furniture’s. Recommended 🙂

I bought curtains from Krishna Furniture and I’m very happy with them. The quality is excellent — nice fabric, perfect stitching, and good blackout effect. Wide variety and reasonable prices. Special thanks to salesman Upender Ajay for his patient, knowledgeable, and honest service. He helped me choose the right curtains without any pressure. Highly recommended! Will visit again.
