Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

Krishna Furniture, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon: Recently, I took the time to visit Krishna Furniture on Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon, in search of some furniture pieces for my home. The first thing that struck me was the vastness of the store – it's impressively large, with a broad selection of furniture. One might think with such a variety it would be buzzing with customers, but interestingly, only a few were browsing during my visit, which perhaps speaks volumes about the store's reputation. Despite its ample collection, the location left much to be desired. The shop is situated in a highly congested area without any parking, which I found to be quite inconvenient. The lack of parking facilities can be a significant setback for those who prefer a hassle-free shopping experience. My experience with the staff was less than stellar. I found them to be discourteous, not even offering a glass of water on a sweltering day, despite having a pantry within the store. As customers, we contribute to their business's success, so a modicum of respect and hospitality isn't too much to ask for. Regarding their pricing, I was taken aback by how exorbitant the rates were, especially given the quality and service provided. While the vast variety at Krishna Furniture might lure you in, the overall experience could be disappointing. I'd think twice before considering this store for furniture needs.

School furniture ka experience kaafi achha raha. Material strong hai aur finishing smooth hai, jisse bachchon ko koi problem nahi hoti. Height aur design bachchon ke comfort ke hisaab se perfect hai. Yeh furniture daily use ke liye best hai aur long-lasting bhi hai. Highly recommended for schools."

I recently visited krishna furniture ,and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The quality of the furniture feels solid and durable, and the designs are both practical and visually appealing. What stood out the most was their curtain collection. They have an impressive range of fabrics, colors, and patterns, suitable for everything from minimal interiors to more luxurious setups. I bought a 7-seater sofa in July 2025. After using it for about 9 months, I wanted to share my experience. From the outside, the sofa looks nice and decent. But after using it, I feel the inside quality is not as good as it looks. The stitching is not properly aligned, and when you look closely, it doesn’t feel well finished. Another issue I noticed in the last few weeks is a clicking sound when someone sits on it. It happens when pressure is applied and it’s quite irritating. I contacted them about these issues, but they didn’t take it seriously. So my advice is: don’t blindly trust big brands. Always check properly before buying and explore other options too. Many brands focus more on making money than maintaining real quality, so be very careful and selective with your choice. Take care.

Our experience at Krishna furniture was fabulous. Really liked the way Mr Upendra Singh guided us to make the right selection of the fabric. His patience and personal touch are admirable.
