Best furniture quality Of Krishna furniture Gurgaon

Very bad experience with them. Worst quality, bad after sales service, i will not recommend them for any one. Though showroom is big but quality is bad. Buy at your own risk and check the quality properly before delivery.

3rd class customer service and items .. so much expensive and no cistomer service.. bough a bed and in 1 year it broke from 2 places.. called online service few times they say i will try to arrange a visit in few days but no help.. just a waste of money

Good quality and best price, biggest showroom in north india best knowledgeable seals staff Abhishek choubey ji

Very nice collection with reasonable rates. Upenderji staff was very good in suggesting curtains for home.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MILLENNIUM CITY. KRISHNA FURNITURE SHOWROOM OR AS THEY LIKE TO CALL THEMSELF LARGEST FURNITURE SHOWROOM IN GURGAON IS LOOTING AND FOOLING PEOPLE. I HAD BOOKED 2 CHAIRS WITH THEM ON THEIR SKY HIGH PRICES RS. 28000. TO MY SURPRISE THEY ASKED FOR 15 DAYS FOR PREPARING 2 SIMPLE CHAIRS, I DIGESTED THIS DEMAND SOMEHOW. AFTER WAITING FOR 15 DAYS, THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ASKED ME TO COME TO SHOWROOM TO COLLECT THE ADVANCE MONEY I HAD PAID. ESPECIALLY, THE SALESMAN WAS REALLY RUDE AND INATTENTIVE. A week after booking, I called the salesman to get the status to which the reply was, what chair, we haven't even started, call after 15 days. 12 days after booking, I again called to get the status to which the reply was, we'll deliver in 2 days. 13th day after booking, salesman calls and says, chairs wont be ready for another 15 days and nothing can be done about it. The carpenters were out for Eid. THIS IS HOW LARGEST SHOWROOM OF MILLENIUM CITY IS RUN. WHILE INFORMING AND DISCUSSION THEY WERE NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE, NOR DID THEY WANT ME TO STAY CONNECTED. JUST ONCE I SAID, I WANT TO CANCEL AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY OK. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT, FIRST THEY SAID COME AND COLLECT IT. THEY WASTED MY 15 DAYS AND NOW I HAVE TO VISIT SOME OTHER SHOWROOM IN THIS SCORCHING HEAT.

Best experience specialty with Mr. Kundan kumar thank big store and good quality products.
