Very bad quality of products and after sale service is almost nill. They will make you fake promises nd stop picking up the calls also. I bought sofa cum bed it was not work for 2 month even.
Fantastic showroom and awesome hospitality by Ms Rajni, who attended us very well and showed all great options for home furnishing. Must visit for all.
Seriously poor staff with no knowledge. They didn't even know that they have a prints catalogue for sofas. No interest in showing the furniture. We had gone with a plan of buying but the staff had zero dedication. The sales lady was busy with her phone and wasn't even able to answer basic questions about sofa sets, pricing or customisations.
False commitment in terms of delivery ordered mattress at 2 pm and it was promised to br delivered by 1-2 hours. Its 11PM now and I am still waiting. Called up at there office and every time they say it is on the way.. i dont know how many other lies they have said.
