Over priced product with poor quality and after sales service is not at all good. Don’t recommend this store.
The bed along with a side table arrived a few days before the committed delivery date and was assembled in perfect condition by their efficient staff.
Great variety and timely delivery of the furniture. Great customer service experience, thanks to Mr Samir Patra. Highly appreciated!
Good place, but they will not entertain you at first place, as if they are not ready for sale. You have to ask for yourself and explore yourself in the showroom. Salesperson not too polite
It was a good experience to purchase furniture from here staff is very supportive MS SUMAN was helpful
I bought solid Teak wood King Size bed with side tables. Unfortunately after 1.5 year side table top area eaten by mite. When we call Krishna furniture, they replied ,"We give warrenty for one year, OLX it and buy new one.
Showroom was good And the staff was also good Specially mr Sameer Patra.
Great product with reasonable prices and exception service by Poonam Sharma. l would highly recommend Krishna furniture for your furniture needs.
Huge showroom but staff is least bothered about the customers. As you enter the store all the staff people are just relaxing at the couches. I was looking out for office chair and they send me to lower basement. No one came to attend me till 25 min, I again went to the main floor to call the staff.
Lot of nice furniture options and a very big showroom in a very busy and crowded area. We bought about 5 years back and found it great so visited again
